Engineering, technology, and business
An engineering education led to work in design and development, technology marketing, and business leadership. At Eicher, I headed the geospatial and maps business, bringing together marketing, production, map creation, and logistics, alongside large customer relationships and strategic partnerships. I later took responsibility for new business projects and represented Eicher in industry bodies including SIAM and CII.

Learning through entrepreneurship
At Lifestyle Cuisines, I led an effort to reimagine popular Indian foods with healthier ingredients and a baked format. We developed the brand, recipes, and product proposition, and tested the concept with consumers. The venture did not succeed commercially, but the experience deepened my understanding of product development, market validation, and the distance between an idea and a sustainable business.
03
Creating pathways through education
My work in healthcare and vocational education has included Vivo Healthcare Institute in Gurugram and Lalji Mehrotra Technical Institute. As a trustee of Asha Education Trust, I now contribute to its strategic direction and growth, with a focus on industry-relevant skills, employer engagement, CSR partnerships, and career development for young people.

Sharing what experience teaches
Alongside business and education, I have worked in personal financial planning since 2015. My focus is on making investing easier to understand, encouraging patience and discipline, and recognising the behavioural mistakes that can undermine good intentions. Writing and mentoring are ways to share those lessons beyond a single conversation.
